3000: 10:21 1st
4x400: ~60? 2nd
Caltech All Comers (14.02.2009):
4x1600: 4:56 4th
3000: 10:06.6 5th
4x400: ~57? 2nd

Chief, that's awesome; you swept the 1500m/3000m double and helped the 4x400m get second. Basically, you single-handedly scored 20 points and contributed to another 8 (or however many you get for second). I would be worried about your times but I heard from Garrett told me you had no competition. For the win!

Yea, the 1500 felt pretty fast to me but then again I ran ~8 seconds faster Saturday so I guess I actually wasn't working too hard. Anton could have easily roflstomped me in the 1500 though, I think the only reason he didn't is because we're on the same team and we both had other things to do. The 3000 was a little weirder, I was like a minute ahead of #2 since Anton didn't run it. Haha too bad that's the only time this year I'll dominate like that.
