log 25.05.2008 - 07.06.2008

25.05.2008 11.30 ran along the beach with garrett for 20 min, then continued to run (I really wanted to get to this pier in the distance). Got to the pier, and decided I could do more. Started to get blisters (ran barefoot) and decided to head back, quickly. Ended up with massive negative split and finished in 75:56. here's the route I took: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=1929251
26.05.2008 2.00 easy run for 15 minutes (7 laps north field). Really really sore from yesterday.
27.05.2008 4.00 easy run for 30 minutes (16 laps north field). Still really sore from yesterday, although noticeably better.
28.05.2008 3.00 easy run for 24 minutes (12 laps north field). Still sore, but now it's sorta dying down to a normal soreness level.
29.05.2008 4.50 easy run for 29:12 at NAU. Awesome. Legs not sore at all (despite 7 hour drive!) and Alyssa seemed happy to see me. Obligatory route: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=1950567
30.05.2008 3.00 easy run for 24:16 at NAU. Wanted to run with Alyssa but she was tired from work.
31.05.2008 10.00 run to the hills. Took a ridiculously long time but i wasn't going fast (maybe 2-3 hours? I didnt have a watch on it). Also, I have no idea how long it was, this is just an estimate based on time.

01.06.2008 0.00 off day. A little sad about getting rejected again...I'm 9 for 9 in rejections in 5 years. I guess I'm just retarded and go for her anyways even when I know she doesn't like me. 0/9; that's pretty bad. But this isn't really the place. Eventually...

03.06.2008 0.00 even more work to do. Didn't go running today, but I should be okay. Hopefully I don't get lazy.
04.06.2008 16.50 Didn't run yesterday, so I have to make up for it today. Ran this route (my favorite, takes my mind off of things) in 74:55 : http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=1961139; later ran test with Ian and appropriate warmup/cooldown. Apparently I'm part hummingbird (started at 184 bpm, maxed out at 220 bpm)
05.06.2008 6.00 6 easy with garrett late at night. Was pretty good although a little sore from yesterday
06.06.2008 10.50 somewhat fast run along this route: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=1967286 hill gradient along that last part of lake is MUCH steeper than anticipated – I probably PR'd in the mile on the downhill; completed in 77:28. legs are tired but otherwise okay, should go easy tomorrow
