notice of suspension of log for indefinite length

So, I think some of you have noticed the distinct lack of updatez. I'm sorry but some things have happened that have really not put me in a good mood and I really just don't feel like doing anything. This is upetting because normally it just makes me run more, but I slept 16 hours yesterday, worked for 7 hours, fell asleep right away for another 14, worked for 8 hours, and now I'm writing this. This has happened many, many days now. I've been running on and off lately, but only sometimes, and not nearly as consistently or quickly or long-ly as I should be at this point. And to top it off I haven't been keeping a log on it. So basically I'm really bummed out and need a little time to just get things together. I know this is horrendous timing and I wish I could say "it won't happen again" but I really don't know. I'll try to get it together soon though. Hopefully in time to not suck during preseason.

Chief you aren't going to suck, not after all that hard work you did. On days when I don't feel very good, I notice that it starts to creep in the later the day gets. Everyday I wake up, I always feel refreshed a bit. If I'm angry at night, I'll wake up feeling like I don't much care to fight. If I'm depressed, I'll generally wake up feeling not half bad. If you find it getting tough to run, try doing it when you get up. get up early, do your run, take a nice cool shower afterwards, get some coffee and some breakfest. You'll feel better in no time.

Jesus, you've been doing some crazy mileage lately. Watch out for the injuries, dude.

Chief you need to start updating again. This is one of the most important parts of the season to be keeping track of.
