I can't believe you ran 46 laps around the track. I hope at least some of that was on the grass.
How'd you come up with the 2x 400/200 workout from 5/1? That's a textbook 800m session, and I'm impressed you did it solo.
yea, actually it started out on the track and after some point (I think about 5-6 miles in) I decided to go on grass. The 800m workout came from Matt, he told me this would be a good workout. The 200s actually killed me though, I can tell I need to work on that.
