26.07.2008 | 5.00 | 75 miles this week in singles in addition to 43 hours of work. Awesome, but I'm tired as hell. Definitely not doing this next week, i think 55-65 is my ideal in singles. Ran easy to speedway and back along kolb, 39:42. |

wow...just, wow.
After my July high week (last week), I took this week pretty down (~55 including a giant hike I did (42 w/o). Take a nice down week, and then build back up again, perhaps to 80ish for a week or two before preseason, and then come down the week before preseason/week of, and you'll be set. Good job, watch ur injuries.
