Ran with Ian, Kangway, and Dennis. Man I haven't seen them in a while. Taking yesterday off seems to have been a good decision; my knee still hurts, but I felt a lot better than I have been lately. Still, Ian thinks it wouldn't hurt to take tomorrow off. Well maybe I can sneak in a really short run...
